Beefcake is an ordinary human who wants to become the strongest person on the planet. He works hard to strengthen his muscles through strenuous exercise.
After taking a potion concocted by his Scientist brother Oldface, he suddenly grows big, even taller than the clouds.
Beefcake is a colossal humanoid monster who possesses immense strength and size. He easily destroyed multiple towns by swiping them with his hands and stomping on them.
He totally annihilated City B during his rampage before ultimately being no match for Saitama’s power.
Appearance
Oldface
Oldface is a skinny scientist and the elder brother of Beefcake who gave him the ultimate drug, “Biceps Brachii King” that gigantified his brother.
He wears eyeglasses, a white lab coat, a gray undershirt, and green pants. He often carries a test tube that contains his special steroid.
Beefcake
Beefcake was a regular bodybuilder whose goal in life was to become the strongest man on earth and take over the world.
He constantly trains every day to achieve this until he transforms into a giant that reaches through the clouds after consuming the ultimate steroid “Biceps Brachii King.”
As a giant, he became bald, with his head looking like a bare skull with an over-protruding collar that surrounds his neck.
Despite being naked, his body is covered with well-built muscles throughout his body.

Oldface
- Power-Hungry: After Beefcake’s gigantification, he revealed his ultimate plan of taking over the earth.
- Strategic: Realizing Beefcake’s strength, Oldface tells him he will become the “brains” for their world domination, even directing his younger brother where to attack next, while Beefcake is the “brawn.”
- Supportive: He made the ultimate steroid to support his brother’s goal of becoming the strongest person on earth, even giving the drug a “strawberry flavor.”
- Ruthless: Oldface rejoices despite thousands of people getting annihilated with each Beefcake’s attack.
Beefcake
- Simple-minded: Beefcake is portrayed as incredibly strong but lacking in intelligence. He boasts about his power, proclaiming himself the strongest
- Inattentive: The giant “accidentally” smashed his own brother instead of Saitama for tapping the wrong shoulder.
- Blame-shifter: Despite being his obvious fault, he quickly blames Saitama for the death of his brother.
- Imposing Physique: His most defining characteristic is his massive size. He grows to be taller than buildings and mountains, even surpassing the clouds. Beefcake is capable of destroying entire cities by simply swinging his arms.
- Ruthless: Beefcake doesn’t care about the death of many people during his spree but is only concerned about himself being the strongest.

- Rapid Growth: He undergoes an incredibly rapid growth spurt after consuming a strength-enhancing formula created by his brother, scientist Oldface.
- Immense Speed: He rapidly attacks Saitama during his fit of rage.
- High Jumper: Despite his massive size, Beefcake can jump high and attack his enemy by stomping on them. He used this skill against Saitama.
- Rapid Punches: Beefcake ruthlessly attacks Saitama with a series of punches despite Baldy being on the ground.
- Shockwave: Beefcake destroys a city without touching them, due to the powerful shockwave his strike creates.
Battle
Giant human Beefcake wreaked havoc, walking from city to city and crushing everything in his path. His brother, Oldface, guides him through the destruction and urges him to continue the rampage.
Saitama suddenly appears on the shoulder of the giant. As Oldface tells his brother, Beefcake, to crush Saitama, Beefcake crushes him instead.
Beefcake cries, slaps Saitama to the ground, stomps him, and delivers powerful punches, creating a massive crater in the city.
But as the dust settles, Saitama jumps out of the crater and delivers a powerful punch to Beefcake’s face, ending the battle instantly.
