Evil Natural Water is a powerful Dragon-level monster and a member of the Monster Association Cadres in One Punch Man.
It is a sentient, amorphous mass of water that can launch devastating high-pressure attacks, often in the form of water jets that can pierce through swords or other metal.
Due to its body being entirely composed of liquid, Evil Natural Water is immune to physical attacks that lack sufficient force or specialized techniques.
Even Gyoro-Gyoro had trouble dealing with it.
Despite its strength of taking on multiple S-Class Heroes, it is ultimately defeated, initially by Awakened Garou, then by Saitama, and lastly by Pig God in its primitive form.
Appearance
Evil Natural Water is characterized as a huge blob of water that can grow in size depending on the liquid it assimilates into.
It is easily recognized by its two large eyeballs inside its blob as it tries to “stand up.”
Though it has no visible brain, it can analyze its situation and act upon it.
During its fight against Child Emperor, Evil Natural Water assimilated Sludge Jellyfish’s oil to make it resistant to freezing.
Personality
Evil Natural Water has no personality. It is driven by instinct to respond to any hostile emotions and attacks.

Abilities, Power, and Skills
- Symbiosis: Evil Natural Water is capable of having a symbiotic relationship with the Disaster-Level Tiger: Mad Doctor Fish. The fish lives within him and attacks enemies that are in range.
- Water Jets: It frequently uses high-pressure water jets as beams, capable of injuring and piercing opponents.
- Tendrils/Streams: It can extend tendrils or streams of water to stand and hold unto the walls or floor, as shown during its fight against Child Emperor.
- Assimilation: Evil Natural Water can assimilate bodies of water to make them bigger and stronger, like when he merged with the ocean after “God” gave it enough power to do so.
- Liquid Absorption: Evil Natural Water can absorb liquids to increase its size and power. This ability is demonstrated when it consumes the oil from Sludge Jellyfish, leading to its unfreezing and increased aggression.
- Regeneration: Evil Natural Water appears to possess some regenerative capability, as it survives being frozen and shattered by Child Emperor’s “Insta-Freeze Breath” attack.
- Physical Immunity: Small physical attacks don’t affect Evil Natural Water. The attack has to be strong enough to make it scatter into droplets. But this won’t totally defeat it either.
- Enhanced Reflexes: It can respond to a fraction of a nanosecond, like when it was able to attack Garou in 30/10,000th of a second.
- Malice Detection: Evil Natural Water can detect hostile killing intent directed towards it

High-Pressure Water Jets: A sudden jet of water that can pierce through metal or create a clean cut. Evil Natural Water didn’t actually name this. It was Child Emperor who recognized this attack when they fought.

- Child Emperor: He drowns Child Emperor during their fight after absorbing Sludge Jellyfish.
- Air: Evil Natural Water’s water jet attack hits Air’s throat, severely injuring the hero.

- Superalloy Darkshine: Superalloy Darkshine completely withstands Evil Natural Water’s water jets and effortlessly destroys the monster with a single punch.
- Garou: Garou swiftly defeats Evil Natural Water in a matter of milliseconds, displaying incredible speed and power.
- Saitama: After getting annoyed at its water jets, Saitama quickly dashes towards it and releases a massive punch that obliterates Evil Natural Water, now in its evolved form called Evil Ocean Water.
- Pig God: Pig God devours Evil Natural Water, although the monster briefly injures Pig God internally with water jets before being fully digested.

Fate
After escaping alive from the epicenter of the fight between Garou and Saitama, a tiny blob of Evil Natural Water survives, crawling into the rubble.
It was able to injure the A-Class Hero Air in its throat, but Pig God arrived and devoured it.
Despite injuring Pig God with its water jets from the inside, it was finally digested.
