Appearance

• Short Hair: Fubuki’s hair is dark green, with bangs that reach her eyebrows and side strands that extend to her cheeks. The longest part is the back, which falls just short of her shoulders. Her hair reflects a lighter green band at an angle, adding depth to its color.
• Pointed Features and Pale Green Eyes: Her face is defined by sharp and delicate features, including a pointy chin, complemented by striking pale green eyes that enhance her elegant and commanding presence.
• White Fur Coat: She drapes a white fur coat over her back and shoulders or wears it traditionally. The coat hangs loosely, with its length extending to her thighs or waist, but she sometimes foregoes it entirely depending on the situation.
• Pearl Necklaces: She wears two sets of pearl necklaces, which contribute to her refined and elegant aesthetic.
• Dark Green Dress: Her main outfit is a sleek, dark green dress with long sleeves and a V-neck design. The dress lacks buttons and extends to just below her knees.
• Gray Stockings and Black Heels: Fubuki completes her outfit with gray stockings and black-heeled shoes.

Personality

• Ambitious and Driven: Fubuki is deeply ambitious and driven to succeed, primarily motivated by a desire to surpass her older sister, Tatsumaki. This ambition leads her to form and lead the Blizzard Group, aiming to dominate the B-Class and eventually rise to A-Class.
• Strategic and Cunning: Fubuki demonstrates strategic thinking, recognizing the value of alliances and utilizing her group to achieve her goals. She attempts to recruit powerful heroes like Saitama, understanding their potential to elevate her group’s standing.
• Insecure and Jealous: Fubuki’s drive stems partly from insecurity and jealousy towards Tatsumaki’s overwhelming power. She feels overshadowed and constantly strives to prove her worth, leading to clashes with her sister.
• Protective and Caring: Despite her flaws, Fubuki displays genuine care for her subordinates in the Blizzard Group. She defends them from threats, heals them using her psychic powers, and ultimately suggests disbanding the group to protect them from danger.
• Determined and Resilient: Even after multiple setbacks and defeats, Fubuki remains determined and resilient. She continuously strives to improve her abilities and achieve her goals, showcasing a strong will and refusal to give up.
• Selfless: After knowing she stands no chance against Overgrown Rover, she tells Bang and Bomb to escape as she buys them time.
• Cooperative: She is a team worker, able to provide support when needed, just like when she enhanced Bang and Bomb’s physique with her psychic abilities.

Abilities, Power, and Skills

• Esper: Fubuki possesses powerful psychic abilities, allowing her to control objects, create barriers, and unleash energy attacks. She primarily uses her psychic powers for offensive and defensive maneuvers during combat.
• Telekinesis: Fubuki can manipulate objects with her mind. She utilizes this to control debris for attacks, restrain opponents, and create protective barriers.
• Psychic Barriers: She can create transparent barriers to protect herself or her allies from attacks.
• Energy Projection: Fubuki can project her psychic energy as offensive blasts. She used this to knock back Monster Princess Do-S and defend against Rover’s energy attacks.
• Levitation: In addition to lifting rocks and other objects, she can also lift herself, allowing her to levitate or fly at certain heights.
• Immobilization: She can stop the movements of people or things, just like when she immobilized the brainwashed Fubuki Group members and Do-S’ whip.
• Healing: Fubuki can channel her own psychic energy to heal injuries. She demonstrated this by restoring Genos’ unstable core after his fight with Psykos. She also tried healing Tatsumaki.
• Telepathy: Fubuki can communicate telepathically, as shown when she spoke to Tatsumaki during the Monster Association raid.
• Body Strengthening: She can the bodies of his friends or other heroes so they become more durable during combat. She did this to Bomb and Bang when facing Overgrown Rover.
• Energy Sharing: Aside from healing abilities, Fubuki can channel a person’s energy to another who is gravely injured for healing. He used this to heal the Tank Top master with the help of the Bomb.
• Leadership: As head of the Blizzard Group, Fubuki exhibits strong leadership qualities. She strategizes, motivates her team, and even sacrifices her own well-being to protect them.

Attacks Used

• Hellstorm: Fubuki conjures a powerful whirlwind of rocks and debris to attack opponents. This attack was strong enough to blast Saitama out of his apartment building.

Fubuki had other attacks, but she didn’t name them. She merely extends her arm and manifests her psychic powers. Maybe she will create new attacks in the future arcs.

Equipment and Weapons

• Bladed Weapon: In her fight against Saitama, Fubuki used a bladed weapon like a sharp cutter to attack him.  This was the only fight where she used a weapon other than her psychic ability.

Victories

• Rover: Fubuki attempted to protect Bang and Bomb from Rover but was outmatched by the monster’s power. The three defeated the monster dog, though Bang and Bomb fought, and she only reinforced their body.
• Weakened Psykos: Fubuki confronted and overpowered Psykos after the Monster Association battle. She defeated Psykos by exploiting her weakened state and psychological vulnerabilities stemming from their shared past.

Defeats

• Demon Fan: A Demon-level monster where Fubuki and her group were quickly overwhelmed by the monster’s wind attacks. The intervention of Tatsumaki saved them.
• Saitama: Fubuki challenged Saitama, attempting to prove her strength. She was defeated by Genos and Sonic’s blast despite showing impressive skills.

Draw (Not Decided)

• Monster Princess Do-S: Fubuki initially defended against Do-S but was overwhelmed when her subordinates were brainwashed and turned against her. She started recovering, but Tatsumaki’s arrival interrupted the fight.

Blizzard of Hell, Fubuki, is a B-Class: Rank 1 hero of the Hero Association.

Fate

Fubuki helped Tatsumaki rescue Psykos, the mastermind of the Hero Association, from falling into the hands of Tsukuyomi, a psychic research group that once experimented on Tatsumaki. 

To protect her Blizzard Group from her sister’s potential wrath, Fubuki disbanded the team, but her members defied her and continued to follow.  

Frustrated, she attacked them, but Tatsumaki, guided by Saitama’s advice, stopped her. 

Fubuki ultimately remained the group’s leader, continuing her efforts to recruit Saitama and even bringing Rover, Saitama’s pet monster, into the team.
