Mosquito Girl is a female humanoid monster and a prototype of the House of Evolution.
She commands a vast swarm of mosquitoes that suck blood of all humans and animals within a 50-kilometer radius to feed it to her.
The more blood Mosquito Girl consumes, the stronger she becomes.
She poses a significant threat to the city, even defeating Genos to the brink of death before Saitama intervenes.
Saitama defeats her with a slap.
Mosquito Girl initially appeared in Chapter 5 on the first volume of the manga and was defeated in Chapter 6.
Later in the series, she survived and now works in the House of Takoyaki with Dr. Genus and Armored Gorilla.
Appearance
- Head: Mosquito Girl has a human-like face and is quite attractive. The top of her head resembles the face of a fly, with bulging eyes on either side. She has two long, flowing antennae extending downward from her temples. On her forehead, there is another antenna that extends sideways and upward in a “V” shape, with an extensible, pointed horn in the center.
- Torso: She has a human-like torso with well-defined features and slender legs. Her skin is smooth, with black markings on her arms and legs. Her breasts are healthy and well-defined.
- Hands and Feet: Mosquito Girl’s arms and legs are slender but distinctly non-human. Instead of hands, she has two long, razor-sharp claws on each limb, capable of easily slicing through objects and Genos’ body.
- Wings and Tail: She has a pair of translucent, mosquito-like wings on her back. Extending from her lower back is a long tail that thickens in the middle, enhancing her insect-like appearance.
Personality
- Confident and Cruel: Mosquito Girl is portrayed as a sadistic and confident predator. She enjoys toying with her victims, relishing their fear as she drains their blood. She is confident in her strength but underestimates both Genos and Saitama.
- Attractive Humanoid: She has a humanoid form, described as a “sexy mosquito lady” with sharp claws. After absorbing enough blood, she transforms into a larger, more monstrous version of herself, retaining her attractive features while becoming more intimidating.
- Predatory: Mosquito Girl controls her mosquitoes to suck blood from humans and animals, using it to satisfy her hunger and increase her power.
- Overconfident: She has excessive confidence in her abilities, believing she can defeat Genos. However, this overconfidence costs her both her legs.
- Volatile: Despite having a good temper while serving customers, Mosquito Girl becomes menacingly hostile toward Armored Gorilla after he injects blood into her back.

- Superhuman Speed and Agility: She moves with incredible speed and agility, able to dodge Genos’s attacks and even sever his limbs with her sharp claws.
- Sharp Claws: Her primary weapon is her sharp claws, which are strong enough to rip through Genos’s cyborg body.

Battle
Mosquito Girl leads a massive swarm of blood-draining mosquitos that poses a significant threat to an unnamed city.
Genos witnesses the aftermath of her attacks on the citizens and decides to confront her.
Initially, Genos appears confident, incinerating a portion of the swarm with his energy blasts.
However, Mosquito Girl’s speed and agility allow her to dodge and counter, severing Genos’s left arm with her sharp claws.
As the fight continues, Mosquito Girl drinks more blood from her swarm, transforming into a larger, more powerful version of herself.
This transformation turns the tide of the battle in her favor. She overwhelms Genos, tearing through his body with her enhanced claws.
Left severely wounded and facing defeat, Genos contemplates self-destruction as a final attack.
However, before he can enact this desperate measure, Saitama arrives, casually swatting Mosquito Girl away and ending the fight instantly.
Fate
Saitama’s casual swat sends Mosquito Girl flying through several buildings.
Several chapters later, she is seen with Dr. Genus and Armoured Gorilla selling takoyaki in their shop.
She can also control her urge for blood by injecting a syringe to her body.
